Welcome to your Health Tip of the Week for September 19, 2012. Obesity and its consequences for health and well-being are very well understood in our society, as is what is needed in order to deal with the issue: more exercise/ movement, better diet, and lasting changes to lifestyle that reduce stress, improve our sense of wellness, and allow us to be more well in our life and in the world.
