It’s hard to believe that there was snow on the ground two weeks ago when our last issue of our newsletter went out, and now we are surrounded by crocuses and daffodils. Welcome, spring!
With spring of course comes time outside in the yard, and engaging in activities that we may not have done since last summer. If it’s been a while since you’ve been in for an adjustment, a spring tune-up would be a good idea to make sure you can stay active and be your best as the weather warms up. A walk and stretching after a day in the yard will also help keep you limber and help to prevent injuries. If you need tips or suggestions for what would work best for you, please ask. We’re here to help!
